Tickets go on general sale from 5pm on Wednesday 7 May. They always sell out quickly, so you're going to want to buy yours fast to avoid disappointment.

Right here on the Guild Tickets website. All you need to do is select your chosen tickets within the ticket windows.

You can buy up to four tickets, however this doesn't apply to priority passes.

Those accessing the Priority Pass are only eligible for priority access and a discount for one ticket. Priority Pass holders can buy extra tickets on general sale.

Cost of Living is a huge priority for us, so we have matched last year's ticket prices, offering the same incredible experience without the extra cost. 

Our Standard ticket costs £49 and our Plus (After Party) ticket costs £59. We have a limited number of Super & Early Bird tickets available, with prices starting from just £39! (subject to availability)

After Party tickets aren’t available to purchase on their own, only as a part of our Plus (After Party) Ticket, which also grants you access to our main event on campus.

Each ticket holder will need to collect their wristband from the Grad Ball Wristband Collection Point (ground floor of the Guild opposite Waki Maki and Nisa) before the event. You can collect your wristbands at the following times:

• Tuesday 17th June: 12:00-19:00
• Wednesday 18th June: 12:00-19:00
• Thursday 19th June: 11:00-19:00

Please note wristbands must be collected by the person who purchased the tickets and the person collecting will need their student ID card with them to receive the wristbands. You’ll also need to bring a copy of any non-UoB guests’ ID (driving license or passport) so we can verify their name, age and address.

We will be taking over campus to bring you a fantastic party – the only way to celebrate the end of the year!

There will be awesome tunes, fairground rides, karaoke, street food and more! Plus, if you get our Grad Ball Plus After Party ticket, you’ll gain access to our amazing club night at the Guild, so you can dance into the early hours with your friends.

Yes! Fairground rides are included within the price of your ticket.

Building on the success of last year we have a range of food offerings throughout the entirety of Grad Ball, including:

• Gourmet toasties from Toast the difference.
• Fish and Chips from JoJo's Fish and chips.
• Pizza from Woodfellas.
• Pancakes and sweet treats from The Biscuiterie.
• Classic fairground burgers and hotdogs.

With more vendors to be released imminently.

We are working with our vendors to ensure there's something for everyone and dietary requirements can be met.

Please enquire directly with the vendors on the night if you have any allergies.

We will also be offering late night snacks and sandwiches to keep you going throughout our epic afterparty

To enter Grad Ball on the night, ticket holders will need their Grad Ball wristband and student ID card. Your wristband will be needed to access all the fairground rides and the facilities within the Grad Ball main site and must be always worn.

Signage will be in place to help you to navigate your way around the event.

If you are bringing a non-student guest to the event, they will need their wristband and valid photographic ID to attend. If you are attending the Grad Ball After Party your guest will need to join a separate queue to enter.

Grad Ball is open to everyone. We know from previous years that the majority of tickets are purchased by graduating students, however as students are able to bring a non-UoB guest or a friend from another year, we’re unable to restrict tickets to only the graduating class.

In a word: FANCY. Get your black ties and glam dresses at the ready, and prepare for the red-carpet treatment!

You can bring a guest; you’ll just need to purchase an additional ticket once they go on general sale. Guests must attend with the ticketholder / UoB student as tickets are purchased with your Student ID.

You must be 18 years or over to attend Grad Ball and the Grad Ball After Party. Please note student ID is required for entry to the events (UOB Students only) and photographic ID is required for all non-UOB guests, you may be asked for proof of your age by those serving alcoholic drinks. Challenge 25 will be in operation at both events.
